Everyone knows that Flippin’ Pizza serves delicious, high-quality New York style pizzas. But, did you know that Flippin’ also serves the same mouth watering pies on gluten-free crust?
The Gluten-Free diet has been getting a lot of exposure in recent years, and while the buzz has led to gluten-free options popping up across grocery store shelves and restaurant menus, it can still be challenging to find your favorite foods when you have to be wary of wheat. Not many people understand the ins and outs of going gluten-free like Heidi Kelly, author of “Adventures of a Gluten Free Mom.” Heidi struggled with health issues for years until finally pinpointing gluten as the culprit. Shortly after her discovery, her five-year old son was also diagnosed with Celiac disease, so she took it upon herself to become a true Gluten-free expert.
