    The ballots are in and the voting is officially closed. Thanks to everyone who voted for Flippin’ Pizza as the Best Pizza and Best Food Truck in San Diego Magazine’s Best Restaurant Awards 2012! While we wait for the results to come in, we can’t help but reminisce on all of the past fun we’ve had with the Flippin’ Pizza Food Truck.   2. Flippin’ Pizza “Create-a-Pie” March Madness Winners!

    After a delicious month of March Madness pizza games, the contest has officially come to a close. All of the entrants created some seriously flippin’ good recipes, but only one pizza could come out of the oven on top. Congratulations to Anne Krein and her creation – The Flippin’ Sicilian, which includes tomatoes, marinated artichokes, onions, sausage and roasted red peppers. Along with Flippin’ Pizza stardom and bragging rights, Anne will be enjoying free Flippin’ Pizza for a year.

    Congratulations to all of our Create-a-Pie March Madness contest participants. Thanks for a tasty month of March Madness fun! We hope you all enjoy your Flippin’ good prizes!
